not a good idea to take harness off, first when people do that it gives TSA 
the idea that is how all service animals are suppose to go through without 
harness. and the other is that is there is a security dog around or 
something catches there fancy, remember dog first, guide second, they can 
take off on you.  Not a good idea to do it this way.
