Hello Steve and everyone,

    If you read all of the messages on this post you would have seen some 
examples. Here's hoping that this will be the first and last time we'll have 
to deal with them!

How about giving us some examples of "mistreatment".  I'll take free all day
long if the company made an honest mistake.
