[Blindtlk] a JAWS problem

Does Chris *really* know his SMA has been upgraded? If so, it seems unusual
he couldn't just update to JAWS 14. He might want to call FS tomorrow.

Chris,
Have you tried re-initializing JAWS. This option is under the utilities menu
in JAWS.
