hi,

i'm not sure if you mean personal or nfb group wide.
probably start with what you are good with and enjoy and even that can be smashed by unrealized back door deals.
collectively, more follow through after something is planned, strength to say comments face to face instead of second hand, less intentional delays modifying web pages depending on who requested the change, things like those.
