Microsoft Outlook 2010 is very accessible and easy to use. I use it on my PC with JAWS, so if you have any questions on how to use it, feel free to ask. It's pretty easy to learn, and looks a lot like Outlook Express.

If I go to Microsoft Outlook from Outlook Express, can I still have access to all of my previous emails? I understand that Outlook Express will once again be a part of Windows 8.0 and will definitely switch to it when I upgrade my operating system
