[Blindtlk] owning a vehicle

David,

Sorry I didn't mean to take my frustration out on you.  I agree with the 
idea of preventing people with ill intent or here illegally from owning 
a car.  I don't think  this law will actually accomplish that though.

I have several friends who were still driving with valid driver's 
licenses while they were blind.  It kind of scares me.  Although the 14 
year old kids who drive give me the shivers.

Anyhow I was able to purchase the car.  Kiddo loves it.   I think it 
will hold up through college if he takes care of it.  I guess if I am 
ever financially able to buy a car for myself and hire a driver I'll 
figure out what to do about the driver's license issue then.  If anyone 
does know more about it though, I'd love to know.
