[Blindtlk] Library for the blind in India

This man is creating a library in his home to serve the blind.  He is 
looking for braille and cassette materials.  If you have any books or 
magazines you no longer want to keep, please share them with Raaj.   I have 
found two other people who are doing wonderful work for the blind in other 
countries.  I will also share the contact ifo here.  I know this is a caring 
crowd so  thank you on behalf of all in advance.

My regional library is still very-much open for business. It also has many
books it has recorded on its own using NLS format. Only trouble for playing
these on the iPhone is that even with the BARD site up, they can't be
authenticated. Hmmm ... sounds like a question for our librarian at the
state convention which comes up in a bit less than two weeks.

Payments should not be effected since they should now be coming via direct 
deposit in to your account.

We are indeed supposed to get them.  I heard some conflicting information
about this, so I called Social Security on Tuesday and was told, by a real
live person, incidentally, that yes, we would be getting them, and sure
enough, mine was deposited.
