You've ot to have all the facts straight at least in your own mind,
including the facts related to law in order to educate. You store
owner/manager may only need you to sit them down and educate them, but have
all of your tools ready to go.

I don't think going the legal route is being suggested, as much as knowing
the law that supports the right to reasonable accommodation.

Why must we immediately jump to legal solutions? I am in favor of a gentle
conversation first, followed by complaints, and, in the most extreme cases,
legal action. It is not appropriate to pursue legal action right from the
get-go. It just makes it worse image for the rest of us, and requires us to
work harder to seem like reasonable individuals.
