[Blindtlk] update to Kmart

Right, but why would I give them more revenue when my complaint is still 
going unresolved? I also want them to say something to make sure there 
won't be no 30 minute maximum imposed like Dan said he was going to do. 
I'm feeling like I'm getting no resolution at all, just lip service.
