[Blindtlk] Sheriff's Office/State Condone Discrimination against Disabled

Good afternoon everyone,

Better still get yourself in a financial position to not have to
use services like this and hire your own transportation like we're doing
here not due to guide dog discrimination but to have more transportation
options. By all means keep the complaint going but elevate your
transportation to another level to protect yourself from missing conferences
like this again. This was brought home to us last month when our paratransit
service failed to show up to take my wife Mary to work because the driver
got lost. Thanks to the reserve income we created she didn't lose a day's
work and did not miss a podiatrist appointment due to paratransit's failure
to return for her once they realized the driver had gone to the wrong
building. Fixing the money thing can do wonders to help reduce the
discriminatory treatment we receive.

Seems to me, with all due respect, you made one very big mistake which
perhaps contributed to your lack of success in this matter. You sought to
argue your own case based on the merits. You really ought to have procured
the services of an attorney the instant you saw the situation spirling out
of control as it did.

Still a very happy Comcast XFinity Voice Guidance, Mac, Verizon Wireless
iPhone6+ and Apple TV user!
