[Blindtlk] Having a Problem...

I have even seen melatonen in grocery stores in the health isle. It is over-the-counter. Women can have sleep pattern problems due to hormone imbalances, but check with your doctor. If young haven't had a wellness check done in a while, getting one may be very helpful.
