Besides what has been suggested already, sending a note to our NAPUB list
where a lot of braille users hang out and even to the national students list
might be a good idea.  We don't want to see lists filled with ads for
companies, but our members have posted before.  Dave Andrews may have
additional thoughts on this as well.  

Blind Bargains also has classified ads, and I think they only charge $5.  Of
course, you might already have reached someone by mentioning it here.  If
you have another 40-cell display, I can see that you may not need this one,
but if you don't, you may want to keep this display around.  There are times
when having 40 cells is a real plus even if such displays are not so easy to
carry around.
