Many of the choices that can be made in android either adversely impact 
accessibility or fail to improve accesssibility.  Problem also effects 
tablets too.  One of the big problems with the android industry is 
failure to move operating system updates through the pipeline to 
customers on anything approaching a timely basis and when those 
operating system updates have both accessibility and security updates 
users of android get doubly impacted.
