[Blindtlk] Reasonable Accommodation or Not?

Hello Listers,

I have not been in a positon before where I have no actual physical
help; however, I am now. What I want to know is: Is it considered a
reasonable accommodation to ask the landlord or apartment manager to
fill out the rental application for me?
