I am a teacher of the visually impaired and blind children. I live in a small community, so it is difficult to find volunteering options. I did help out our local school last year, but I didn’t get enough hours. Just wondered if anyone else had any ideas and could help me.
Thank you very much.

Through my Chamber of Commerce I was a mentor for a kindergardener – – kind of like Junior achievement but with Elementry school urban minority kids. The only reason I’m not doing it is because I moved out of the community. After school programs always looking for people with your skills too. What did you teach and what age?
