[BlindTlk] Regarding Effectiveness of Cleaning Solutions and Devices

I'm in a retirement program and the retirement program uses a cleaner
called virex to clean likely germ heavy areas such as tables sinks
toilets and showers.  The reason for using virex is the program is
required by state and other regulations to maintain infectious disease
control and this is part of the effective strategy.
