[BlindTlk] Does anyone have experience with bulb bus stops?

Judy, I don't have any experience with this type of bus stop, but I think
this concept would not work well for blind passengers. For instance, how
would we locate the stops if they can be moved to different locations? I"m
sure we can find the bulbs with our canes, but guide dogs are trained to
avoid obstacles. We can pattern the dogs to find specific bus stops, etc.,
but if these floating stops are implemented, I think they would create
barriers to access.
Just my thoughts here as I haven't experienced using these types of stops.
I am in Fort Worth, and we have stops that are pretty easy to find as many
have shelters and so forth.
