[BlindTlk] Walmart application accessibility

Lots of organizations have disability rights offices not necessarily
accessibility departments and this may be the case for WalMart.
Contractors usually write the aps for organizations and it's possible
depending on an iPhone update status that an app that worked fine on an
earlier version of IOS develops problems on a newer version of IOS.  My
point is, it's not always the application that caused the problem but
sometimes features in the new version of the operating system that did it.
Another consideration is for many organizations android is a higher
priority than IOS now since most of the world's phones and tablets now run
on android.  This likely will be responsible for more IOS accessibility
problems in coming years.
