[BlindTlk] Cane length response

Hello, I would not look at it as people don't know what length they should
be. In the end, the cane length should be whatever you are comfortable
with. If you don't walk very fast and if you don't need a lot of reaction
time, then perhaps a shorter cane will be fine. For me, I would rather have
the benefit of choice. A longer cane to accommodate my faster walking speed
and allow me to have a greater reaction time can also be used in close
proximity by switching from the grip method to the pencil method of holding
it. This way even though the cane is long, it will not get in the way when
I am traveling with a crowd or in a highly congested area.
