Those are great ideas for braille demonstrations. I also go to many schools
and give presentations. i am going to visit 3 classes on Feb 20. In the
morning I am going to read to a group of pre-schoolers and I've been invited
to eat lunch with them- bring your own sack lunch and in the afternoon I am
going to visit 2 third grade classes at the catholic school in rio rancho.
i usually let them ask questions about blindness after I tell them a little
bit about me. I also hand out Braille cards and a copy of a colonel book to
the class and one to the teacher. Veronica
