Our pediatrician used to tell me not to worry so much, babies will not
starve themselves. V

My toddlers have always eaten whatever the rest of us are eating, unless
it's something spicy or something I think might make them choke. Kaelyn
didn't like what we had today, and she wasn't eating it on her own so I
tried feeding her a bite to see what she would do. She spit it out. So I
let her eat the fruit and left the casserole alone, and I'll just give her a

little snack before bed. They have such tiny tummies that they usually
don't require much. Although, Kaelyn can eat a lot when she really likes
something. But if she doesn't eat much she never seems to complain. She
still nurses before bed, so maybe supplement with some milk if she doesn't
eat as well as you would like? Kaelyn loves cheese, yogurt, chicken,
hamburger, meatballs, macaroni, spaghetti, rice... She's my best eater out
of the 3. *smile* She'll eat most fruits and veggies too, which my other 2
have some they'll eat and others they refuse to eat. Soup is always a
favorite, and you can break up crackers in it to thicken it. My kids love
that.
