Hi Angela and parents,
I have used emery board filing and gently cutting while our nephew was
asleep--this works well in terms of him not squirming and moving while
trying to cut gently. It works well when the child is asleep, especially if
your child is a deep sleeper...hope this can be helpful to you!!
