Michael,
I don't totally agree with you on the breast pumping. I have both and 
older and younger sister. My older sister has a daughter that's going 
to be a year old at the end of April And I believe she still does pump 
breast milk because I don't believe my niece is quite eating all solid 
foods yet. Keep in mind she does also work.  My younger sister I 
believe is still breast feeding I'm not totally sure if she is still 
pumping or not since she's not working a normal job so to speak. Does 
your wife work outside the home? Also if she trying to breast feed then 
it's not working she might want to consider pumping.
