[blparent] Bells; Yea or Ney?

I'm a big proponent of bells. When I was out in public with my belled
daughter a number of sighted moms told me they thought belling was a great
idea and wanted to know where they could get bells for their own toddlers.
The bells came off finally when she started preschool at four; by then she
was verbal enough to understand basic rules about answering when called, and
the transition to a bell-less state went very smoothly.
