[blparent] Playtex Bottles?

Miranda,
Playtex was always my brand when I did use bottles and the little girls I
babysat also used them. I didn't much care for the VentAir bottles though.
The bottoms screw on and they would leak on us sometimes. I did love the
drop ins though when I used those for Mason. I bought a kit with several
different kinds of nipples and it came with different size bottles and
liners. It was great. I like that you can feel the liner to tell how much
is left in the bottle. With the other ones I usually had to take the bottle
and shake it to hear how much liquid was in it.
You are not supposed to microwave any bottles, plastic liners or not,
because it creates hot spots in the liquid and those can burn baby's mouth
and throat. You can buy bottle warmers, but I just use a bowl of hot water
or run it under the faucet.
The liners are not reusable. You really can't wash them out they are
disposable plastic.

I hope that helps. You know where I am if you have more questions. :)
Take care,
Leanne
