Tatiana,
You asked a simple question and we went off on a tangent. Having a baby is
not as scarey as we made it sound, it's just that sometimes when we are
least expecting it, we end up with peeps that work in hospitals that mean
well and sometimes when they mean well, bad things happen. So we, just,
want you to keep your head up.
Now as for having a baby, it is the most wonderful thing in the world. Are
you planning on having it naturally? At home? In a hospital?
Do you have family near by to help out?
I was nearly 40 when my daughter was born, they said she was a premie, but
she weighed in at 7 lbs 13 oz and was 21 inches long. I think they made a
mistake, but perhaps, she was suppose to be 9 lbs and longer. Who knows.
I'm glad she came when she did. I had a c section and had to stay in the
hospital longer than I wanted. I also had to be there 2 weeks before she
came as she was sitting on the placenta, so they had me on complete bed
rest.
One of my baby showers was done right there in the hospital. But after all
was said and done, life is good.
She is now 12, going into 7th grade and she just learned to ride her
bicycle.
