Jessica,Yes educating the case managers is also my goal. When I said to educate social workers, hospital staff, nurses, doctors, lawyers, cps staff, custody evaluators, social services in general, I was lumping the case managers in to that list too. 

I am also not saying that all of those above professions see us, blind parents, as bad,incapable, dependent, but just the opposit.

In fact, the nurses and the social worker all thought we wre going to be taking her home with us the day we checked out of the hospital.
