[blparent] French Parents

I didn't find anything too alarming in the artcccle.  It's 
basically comon sense.  But the chinese one...  that's another 
story.  I think a lot of it though is a cultural thing; there's a 
lot of competition and so they have to raise their children 
accordingly.
