[blparent] leashes and harnesses

I thought at one time that little ones would pull it off too, but I put the strap on the upper arm, and all 3 of my boy's left it a lone.  I do think the monkey's are so adorable, but Matthew, can't handle anything on his little back.  At times, he just holds my hand.  Some how, it all works out, shrug.
