[blparent] Accessible Slow Cooker

Hey everyone,

My first post here. I'm proud to say my fiancee and I will be
welcoming twin boys into the world in a couple months. We are quite
busy preparing for the excitement and wonder. One thing I'm hoping to
accomplish is putting systems in place to make life easier. I've heard
many people rave about slow cookers or crockpots, for their tasty
results, as well as the convenience of unsupervised cooking. Anyone
use a slowcooker they'd recommend? Though I imagine the controls on
such a piece of kitchen equipment can't be very complex, it must be
accessible to a totally blind person, that's me. I see a couple
Hamilton Beach models sold through ILA, but don't want to pull out the
credit card until I've heard from a few folks with firsthand
knowledge.
