Thanks for the last two comments, also...I seem to be having time on my 
hands to read and react...I have been in 2 airports since yesterday 
(midday), with 3 cancellations and now, a minimum of 3-4 hour flight 
delay...My iPad is my companion at this moment, as I am traveling alone. 
(What an adventure.) I started out in Burlington. I am now in D. C. ... 
trying to get to Chicago.  I see on the radar map the nasty weather that is 
plaguing the central part of the nation.  I am on my way to a conference.  I 
have resigned to the fact that I am going to miss part of the conference.  I 
just hope that I am there before the day is over.  I am one if a few people 
who will be receiving a national leadership award... I am honored....but, at 
this moment, extremely exhausted, working on 3 hours of sleep....
