Yes, using a reader would make this more efficient, as the reader could draw 
these things faster and be fully dedicated to working with you.

Additionally, the reality is that you will absolutely need to learn how to 
work productively with readers, because you won't have time not to work with 
readers in college. It's a part of becoming independent.

I suggested having a reader to my teacher today. Something we could try.
For now what I do is write the description of graph out.
For example, Demand curve is downward sloping curve. Marginal revenue
is downward sloping curve located below the demand curve... and so on...
Teacher provides such description along with tactile graphs she made
using puff paint.
I think it's a fair accomodation but time consuming for both my teacher
and me.
Would using a reader improve this situation? Essentially I would be
doing the same just verbally, right?
