[Cabs] permission for interview for school project

Hello fellow federationists. I am doing a final project for a class in organizational communications about the relational part of the communication within  an organization. I have chosen to study the NFB of Colorado for my study. (In order to do this project I will need to do a short e-mail, or telephone interview with you before April 10 in order to write the paper and do the presentation by the due date. Attatched is a form that I am going to need for you to sign or send back to me so that my proffessor knows that you have censented to assisting me with this project.
