[Capchapohio] correction for Pam

Well, I am behind the times! Pam used to be our treasurer at the national
level. She is now our Vice-President. All I can say is at least I did not
create her position. I just did not advance her. By the way, Pam and Rolland
were at our state convention in 2015 as national rep. It was great!
