[Cash-and-caring] Welcom and Washington Seminar

We are targeting whoever will bite. We will find out. One possibility is
to say that all the answers are on the NFB Web Site and ask questions
accordingly. I don't know how much effort people would put into finding
them. My notion would be to make the questions pretty easy, but I know that
might be hard to do for those who know little or nothing about blindness.
Of course, those who enter would be recognized as a friend of the NFB or
something like that. Conchita says that is easy to do, but people like it.
I want feedback on things like that. I think we have enough time to do this
right if it does not take a lot of Web Site development time, and I am
assured it doesn't.
