[Cash-and-caring] Giving Tuesday

I have a lot more information on giving Tuesday if people want it. You can look to use social media to attract online donations. In fact we are planning to do so via our FaceBook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.

Perhaps all of you know this.  Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, and I believe it is mostly online.  I don't know a lot about its history, but it was deliberately scheduled the day after siber Monday to collect some funds for nonprofits.  It would be a good time for state websites to invite donations.

Others who know more about this are encouraged to share what you know with this list.
