Good Afternoon,

Thank you Deborah for sending out the recording of the constitution.

According to Article Seven: Committees, the president shall appoint such
committees that he/she or the membership of the organization deems
necessary.

As a member of the organization, I deem it necessary for the formation of a
nominating committee for the upcoming chapter election. This will ensure a
smooth and efficient election process.
