If an evening of wine and cheese was not enough to entice you to spend an
evening with the North Metro Chapter, there is more.  Not only will you have
the opportunity to taste several fine pairings of wine and cheese, but your
taste buds will also be tantalized with lots of incredible foods as well.
Your $50.00 ticket (proceeds go to the North Metro Chapter) will include 19
wine and cheese pairings, the choice 5 antipasti items including 

stuffed mushrooms

mixed olives

roasted peppers

marinated mushrooms

tomato/oregano salad and crostini

kalamato olive tepanada

smoked salmon pate

carrots and dill

celery salad

marinated artichoke hearts

capanata

fresh mozzarella balls

garbanzo beans

Next, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a salami and cheese tray

The main course will include your choice of two of the following

Meatball in marinara sauce

Italian sausage with peppers and onions

Italian roast beef

Italian chicken

With fresh tomato oregano sauce
