[Colorado-talk] Remote Testimony from Grand Junction Tomorrow

I am replying to myself.  I found that the the web site has an
inaccessible CAPTCHA.   That means that most of us wouldn't be able to
sign up to give remote testimony.  I'll follow up wlhen I get an
alternate route figured out with the staff in question.
