[Colorado-talk] NFB State Convention Hotel check in

Good Afternoon,

I am writing to remind you all that you should not check into the Denver Marriott South convention hotel unless you are doing so with all of your roommates present so that the hotel charges can be split equally among all of you.  If you are the first one to arrive and choose to check in solo, you may be responsible for the entire cost of the hotel room plus the incidental hold which is $25 per day.  It isn't worth trying to straighten this out later, so it's best to check in with your roommates.

If there are 4 people in a room and each one presents a credit card for payment, each card will have a $25 per day incidental hold on it.

Please take the necessary precautions in order to experience a smooth check in upon arrival.
