[Colorado-talk] help with using the itunes store

hello all,
I hope that you all are having a wonderful day today. well, I went to
the iTunes web site to set up my account since the version of iTunes
wasn't accessible on my laptop but, it was on the internet. so, I
finally had a sighted person give me the codes for some gift cards
that I have saved for a rainy day:)  well, I clicked on the redeem
link on both the web site and, also I tried it on the iTunes platform
that I have on my computer. I signed into the iTunes store to redeem
them and, it said that my account wouldn't go through. so, I did most
of the commands but, no such luck! so, how do I redeem my gift cards
since I only have of my account already done and, how can I do this by
usingeither the web site or the iTunes platform on my computer by
using jfw? I have jfw 2019 on my computer and, I also have windows 10
too! any help would be greatly appreciated!
