Great news!

Our bill, carried by Sen. Jessie Danielson, passed out of the Senate
yesterday by a vote of 35-0. SB19-202 will authorize the Colorado
Secretary of State to implement accessible voting for Coloradans with
disabilities comparable to the mail ballots the rest of Colorado has
enjoyed since 2014.

Our thanks go to Senator Danielson. She's kept this bill moving
through two committee hearings and onto the Senate floor, even as
we've continued to negotiate the language of various amendments with
the Secretary of State's office. Those amendments are all agreed upon
now, and will be incorporated into the bill at it's next stopover in
the Colorado House!

Stay tuned!

Dan
