Happy April! I hope you're all doing well. My name is Luke Adams, Outreach Consultant - Hard of Hearing Speciality, with CCDHHDB's Outreach and Consultative Services. I'm excited to serve as the temporary ZOOM facilitator for the upcoming DBCC meetings on behalf of CCDHHDB's Outreach and Consultative Services team.

I've set up a registration link for DBCC where you only need to register once. In the registration form, you'll find five dates to choose from. The DBCC meeting dates for 2024 are as follows: April 11th, June 13th, August 8th, October 10th, and December 12th. You can select all the dates you're available for or choose just one to attend—it's entirely up to you. The ZOOM will be open at 3:30 pm for setting up technical matters. The time for meetings will be from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Hopefully, this makes the process much simpler! Upon completing the registration form, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing the direct ZOOM link for future DBCC meetings, along with a phone number should you prefer to join via audio.
