[Colorado-Talk] NFBCO Sports and Rec Meeting

Join the sports and recreation division of the NFB of Colorado for its April meeting. We will discuss the upcoming 6 Dot Dash 5k walk/run in August, how to complete a 5K starting off with little to no training, and planning for a local group walk meet up designed for anyone regardless of fitness level.
