Hi Jess,
Sorry you're being kicked out of your home. I've been there.
My building, The Quayle, is income based, though it still ain't cheap. I'm
paying $1329 for a small but divided studio. I put up with it because I'm
also right at 1st and Broadway and in walking distance of lots of good
stuff, including Natural Grocers, Safeway and a bunch of bars, coffee shops
and restaurants.
It's managed by a group called Zocalo Development Group, which has other
income-based properties.
I found this place through a Facebook group called Moving to Denver. There's
another one called Denver Area Creative Housing, which had all sorts of
interesting stuff.
Good luck!
-Tim

Subject: [Colorado-Talk] Housing Inquiry
Good Afternoon All,
If this is not allowed my apologies. Hopefully someone will let me know. My
partner got word that the single family home she has been renting for 14
years is being sold. The new owners are not excepting her home choice
voucher. So of course, that means moving time. Does anyone know of any
property management companies that they've used before in the Denver metro
area or any apartment complexes that might be income based? We have started
a list and called some but I thought I would check here. Feel free to email
me off list with any responses.
Jess
