Hi Susan,
I appreciate your honesty.
I admire folks who are self-aware enough to know where they see themselves fitting in when it comes to what they can or cannot do. So often we overcommit ourselves when we are excited about something. It is my opinion that we don't ever mean it, but it's important still to be alright to say "no" if we really don't think we have the ability to take on leadership in or a supporting role in a project.
Thank you for your candor,
it is important for all of us to live with an eliment of that in us.
I do hope that no matter what one's involvement ends up being, that we try to help each other out when we have the chance. If we have an answer or even if we can find the answer for someone on this list, I think we ought to.
That is what we do as federationests.
