[Community-service] We don't volunteer?

I don't know anyone who doesn't want to volunteer. I know a lot of people who would if they felt supported in doing so. Basically, they feel like they aren't wanted. Or people don't take them seriously if they do volunteer. I know lots of people who have and then never heard back.
