I am a Window-Eyes user and we have a listserve, will paste below.  If we reply directly to Sender, the message is sent to just the person who wrote the message.  If we want to send info to the whole group on the listserve with helpful information, you send it to the name of the listserve. ctnfb at nfbct.org.
