[Ct-nfb] correct link, Birdies for Charity

Hello, Folks.

I apologize, but the link I sent in my explanatory email brings you to the BFC homepage, but the charity selection combo box is empty. I've tried the following link and it auto-fills in the charity selection box with the National Federation of the Blind of Connecticut. Sorry if you tried that first link and got frustrated, like the 3 people who just emailed me...
