Jim Himes now has had a change in staff. Emily Cardon, Legislative Correspondent, no longer works for him. His new LC in this area in his Washington office is Rachel Kelly.  I spoke with her today.

Also, I got a call today from Bo Diaz.  He had called Jim Himes office this morning, and he was told that Mr. Himes plans to co-sponsor the bill.  Let's all be sure to hit him hard to make sure he doesn't forget!
